Furthemore we offer graphic design services, cellphone repairs and computer support both remotely or face2face. These include firmware/software update, data backup, application setup and installations, email account setups and more.

Our main target on these services is everyone using the mobile device or computers, both individuals and businesses.

Currently the business is operating in town offering the internet services around town as lte is  coverage dependant. In rural areas, we only offer the mobile and computer assistance,with schools included as our target clients.

Our main competitors are rain and afrihost and we believe that we can do better than these companies as they only offer their services online and we do both online and instore, making it simple for our customers to reach us.

Thetag-it is still a small company with goals to grow and add more services like but not limited to cellphones parts, laptop parts and accessories.
