Hussein Patel:
Hussein studied natural sciences, computer science, operations research and business in South Africa. He travelled all over South Africa, the Middle East, India, North Africa and Europe during his career and developed a keen interest in scientific and engineering principles, systems thinking, eastern philosophy and neuroscience.
He has been a Business Consultant and Coach in the business and technology industry for more than two decades and consulted to many corporations and industries across the globe.
He started a career coaching practice to teach consultants coming into the organisation and employees that were already there. He eventually discovered a phenomenon, which he named the ‘Robben Island Effect’.
Hermien Marias:
Hermien Marais is the owner of Flourish Coaching, she is an experienced business coach and Chartered Accountant. Her corporate experience brings a new dynamic to small businesses who has a vision of expanding into other countries and scale their business. Her experience in the white goods industry with a multinational company, is vital in understanding the imports/exports markets and the local requirements as well as compliance.
As a business coach she empowers business owners to take charge of their finances, work clever, become financial literate and ultimately achieve financial freedom. She acts as strategic finance partner for small to medium size businesses.
Her passion is assisting businesses to create environments in which they can flourish.
