PM FREIGHT is an exciting start up business that was conceptualized by creative and dynamic business entrepreneurs, Pheello Joseph Ntsasa, and Maphiri Patricia Tlatsa. The business is a Private Company and was formally registered on the 5th of March 2018 to provide an array on customs clearing industry.
We are licensed and accredited customs clearing agent with highly experienced and skilled customs compliance team that facilitates the required imports and exports procedures on behalf of our clients.
General Description of our company
Goods entering or departing South Africa require customs clearing. As an accredited customs clearing agent, we are able to a swift custom clearing service at competitive rates. With our online computer system linked via EDI to customs our team is fully geared to take care of all customs procedures as required.
Import and export industry is a secure ongoing business that has been put in place for years and it is still needed tomake cross border matters more convenient and easier, which is something that PM FREIGHT will offer in the future.

- Cross border documents processing and preparation.
- Act on behalf of our clients for registering other customs licenses such as import and export licenses, carrier registration, new company registration and tax related issues.
- Represent the shipper and arrange clearances of imported goods
- Arranging customs clearance/ release with the appropriate requirements, such as customs stops, port of health exams and more.
- Collecting payment from the shipper for taxes and duties, as well as making payments to customs and SARS.
- Framing bill of entry before submission via electronic data interchange and Asycuda System to customs.
- Assisting with clearing instructions to confirm that all information received from the shipper and consignee is accurate before submission to customs’ clearance
