With 15 years of experience, Ms Ndongeni has worked in both public and private sectors. NN Occupational Therapy Practice provides medico-legal services, functional evaluations, employee wellness programs & implementation of wellness assistance programs, disability management, adult & peadiatric rehabilitation and Occupational Health Risk Solutions. Functional Capacity Evaluations
A Functional Capacity Evaluation will be requested when a full assessment of the client's functioning is required, including an assessment of the client’s ability to work in the open labour market. It includes an observation and screening, an assessment of psychological and physical functioning, vocational assessment and report writing. The report does not exceed 10 pages. The report describes a detailed account of the client’s impairments which would provide objective evidence to make a decision when applying payout conditions.
