The team of TMT has over 10 years’ experience in the food services industry.

Simza Landscaping and Maintenance is a residential lawn care and yard landscaping service targeting rural as well as urban middle-class and high income homes and schools with large yards which the owners cannot care for well on their own.

This is our alternative venture from our original ICT Business model which was paralyzed by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.

I identified a gap into this Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping business late in November 2021, when we were starting to experience more of the now-frequent loadshedding in the country. I had just started off with a new Electric Grass Trimmer I thought was going to be a good business kickstarter. When the loadshedding became too frequent it became hard to complete my project bookings in record time and it completely disrupted my success. I then drew up a line of equipment that uses fuel but that was sure to elevate my fallen first effort.

I am now seeking a small cash injection to be paid towards the acquisition of a Small Grass Tractor with Collector Bin, 2 Fuel Trimmers, a Chainsaw and Brush Vacuum/Blower to be used by up to 5 employees, myself included. These will be accompanied by a Pre-Owned Bakkie with Canopy and Trailer to transport the Tractor and employees to and from our projects. A sum of R350000 will accommodate all this and leave around R80000 as cashflow for the first few months.

The company will keep a clean accounting record of every penny that comes and goes to our business account for as long as the partnership with my personal bank, Nedbank, is in force for the purpose of these funds
