The main objective is to free adult men from substance abuse through a nine-month inhouse Christian Based Recovery Programme.

The founder Mr Ian Naidoo appointed will serve in the capapcity as Chairman and the Senior Pastor  of the Organisation. He is a recovered addict of 8 years and has the desire and passion to see men delivered from this addiction. He will be supported by Dr. Courage Khoza, Director serving as Vice Chairman, overseeing the medical well-being of all residents, as well as Ms. Paraveshnee Padiachey, Director serving as the Treasurer, managing the financial operations.

Initial start-up will have 30 residents and will require one house father and an administration staff member. In addition, the chairman, the vice chairman and the treasurer will also form part of the staffing headcount.

·         The Upper Room Rehabilitation Centre has the vission to expand to the capacity of 90 residents.
